No mention of ramjet in the article and since the Russian´s have the P-270 Moskit which uses a ramjet (out of production since 2014), P-700 Granit which uses a ramjet (out of production since 1992) & P-800 Oniks which uses a ramjet (in service & production since 2002) as well as the 3M22 Zircon which uses a scramjet, while the US has no deployed ramjet missile or rocket, the question still stands. What you call primitive is what will make your rocket bubble burst, and it is not classified as a rocket, it is classified as a ramjet.
